All Exhibit Space includes:
    · One 6’ Table
    · One vendor display sign
    · Standard table draping
    · Two standard chairs
    · Listing on the Expo Hall Floor plan
    · List of attendees that opted in for Marketing emails
*Please note this year we will not offer double booths as we have in the past


All exhibiting booths are to be paid in full two weeks prior to the first day of the conference, Monday, February 26th or your spot may be forfeited. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis or until sold out. Any booth cancellation must be made in writing by Wednesday, January 31, 2024 for a 50% refund. Full forfeiture of booth cost will be incurred for cancellations after that date or for no-shows.
